Normal Rare or Very Rare

Hi

Is there a big difference between getting a normal, rare or very rare one
do they do anything differently or is it just when you play games you get more
money??

I am going to buy a few more but wondered if it is worth just trying to get the very rare or is it better to have all 3 of them
